TMA activation of zeolite is a process that involves the mechanical activation of zeolite materials through grinding, milling, or other mechanical means. This activation process is used to modify the properties of zeolites, which are crystalline aluminosilicate minerals with a porous structure. It enhances the surface area, porosity, and reactivity of zeolite particles, resulting in improved adsorption capacity, increased catalytic activity, and better ion exchange properties.

Specifically, our TMA activation of zeolite occurs through the collision of tiny zeolite particles, without damaging the Clinoptilolite cages. Conventional grinding would destroy these cages. During this process, it also reaches high temperatures - above 400 degrees Celsius - to evaporate water and eliminate all microbes.
